Terms and Conditions
Quotation Validity
This quotation is valid for fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of issuance unless otherwise specified.
Project Scope
This quotation includes only the materials, equipment, labor, and services specifically stated herein.
Any additional work requested by the Client that is not included in this quotation shall be subject to additional charges and a separate quotation or approved Variation Order.
Payment Terms
50% Down Payment upon approval of the quotation.
40% Progress Payment (if applicable).
10% Balance upon project completion and turnover.
Full payment shall be made within the agreed payment period. Overdue accounts may be subject to interest and collection costs as permitted by law.
Delivery and Installation
Delivery and installation schedules are subject to stock availability, weather conditions, site readiness, and unforeseen circumstances beyond the Contractor’s control.
Any delay caused by the Client, including restricted site access or incomplete site preparation, may result in schedule adjustments.
Client Responsibilities
Provide safe and unobstructed access to the work area.
Ensure the installation site is ready before work begins.
Provide a stable electrical power supply suitable for testing and commissioning.
Obtain all permits and approvals required for the project unless otherwise agreed in writing.
ExclusionsUnless specifically stated in this quotation, the following are excluded:
Electrical power supply and breaker installation.
Civil works, masonry, ceiling restoration, painting, and waterproofing.
Structural modifications.
Scaffolding, boom trucks, cranes, or lifting equipment.
Additional refrigerant piping, drain piping, wiring, and insulation beyond the specified quantities.
After-hours work unless previously agreed.
Variation Orders
Any additional work requested by the Client after approval of this quotation shall require written approval and shall be billed separately.
Warranty
Equipment warranty shall be governed by the manufacturer's warranty policy.
Installation workmanship is warranted for one (1) year from the date of project turnover.
The warranty shall be void if the equipment has been tampered with, improperly operated, improperly maintained, serviced by unauthorized personnel, or damaged by power fluctuations, flooding, fire, lightning, acts of nature, or other external causes.
Preventive Maintenance
Regular preventive maintenance is highly recommended to ensure optimum performance and preserve warranty coverage where applicable.
Project Turnover
The project shall be considered completed upon successful testing, commissioning, and acceptance by the Client.
Any remaining balance shall become due upon project turnover.
Ownership of Materials
All supplied equipment and materials shall remain the property of Kevin Aire Specialist until full payment has been received.
Cancellation
Confirmed orders may not be cancelled once materials have been purchased or fabrication has commenced.
Down payments are non-refundable once procurement or installation has begun.
Force Majeure
Kevin Aire Specialist shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government regulations, transportation delays, supplier shortages, labor disputes, or similar events.
Acceptance
The Client's signature, issuance of a Purchase Order, or payment of the required down payment shall constitute acceptance of this quotation and all its Terms and Conditions.
